As of May 12, 2023, the share capital of Ariston Holding N.V. amounted to €46,476,001.99, represented by three different share classes: 125,505,005 common shares with nominal value of €0.01 each, 22,095,194 "non-listed ordinary" shares also with a nominal value of €0.01 each, and 225,000,000 special voting shares with nominal value of €0.20 per share.
